Return and Exchange Policy Return Policy: The customer has the right to request a refund within 7 working days from the date of purchase, provided that the refund request is made before the service is executed. The amount will be refunded to the customer's account within a period of up to 15 working days. Exchange Policy: The customer can exchange the service for another service of the same purchase value, provided that the exchange is made before the service is executed. Service Validity Period: The customer has the right to benefit from the service within six (6) months from the date of payment. If not used within this period, the service is considered void without the right to refund. Exceptions: We would like to note that the return policy does not include purchases paid with gift vouchers.
